2.Production stream constituent
Each stream using electromagnetism actiyator to control the speed
of pump. The motor feedback single pulse each rotates to control
system. So the PLC system can precise control the flux of each

and Air.

5.Control system

PLC system can control and adjust all the timing all valve, mix
head speed, take-up system and pump. So it is easy for setting the
production line for different foam product. The plant running by
computer system.

10” colors touch screen show all the date which production line
running, and save the production date for different foam product.
It can easy input the date for production.
3)Full set of button control system
Beside touch screen, Operator can adjust the date of production
faster by button control panel.
